Did you know Psoriasis can be linked to Vitamin D3 deficiency?

Psoriasis causes cells to accumulate on the surface of the skin, leading to thick, red patches with silvery scales. Research has linked it to Vitamin D3 deficiency due to the role that Vitamin D plays in regulating the immune system and skin cell growth.

So what's the solution?

over 20,000 black women have made these gummies part of their daily routine

Here Why you should too

1. Better Skin Cell Regulation

Psoriasis involves an abnormal growth cycle of skin cells, leading to the formation of thick, scaly patches.

Vitamin D helps regulate the growth and differentiation of skin cells, promoting a more normal cell turnover rate and preventing the excessive accumulation of skin cells.

2. Powerful Anti-inflammatory properties that work daily

Vitamin D has potent anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce the skin inflammation and redness associated with psoriasis.

It helps regulate the immune system, preventing it from overreacting and causing skin cells to multiply rapidly, which is a characteristic of psoriasis.

Since I have taken the Vitamin D, I have more energy and my focus has improved and the pain in my shoulder and back have also improved. I will continue to take them to see greater results.

3. Helps reduce stress, one of the main triggers of psoriasis flare ups 😭

When stressed, your body releases chemicals that increase inflammation in people with psoriasis causing new patches. Lucky for you vitamin D helps regulate your mood and reduce stress levels, regardless of how crazy your world gets.

4. Vitamin D Boosts & regulates the immune System to react faster & better💪

Vitamin D plays a role in modulating the immune response, which is often dysregulated in psoriasis.

By promoting a balanced immune reaction, Vitamin D can help control the inflammation and immune cell activity that contribute to psoriatic lesions

5. Over 82% of black women are low in vitamin D. These Gummies are changing that!

Melanated queens have the highest rates of vitamin D3 deficiency? One of the reasons is that having more melanin reduces your ability to synthesize vitamin D from the sun, resulting in lower 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels.

OMG! Ive been dealing with low vitamin d since FOREVER! After being on these gummies for 3 months, my levels are normal!! I thankful for this find! I may try some of your other supplements soon!

Frequently asked questions

When we initially started, we aimed to bring awareness and provide effective solutions to our community’s most common vitamin deficiencies, Like iron and vitamin D.

Black women need more vitamin D because their skin produces less of it in response to sunlight than other groups. This is because the melanin pigment in darker skin absorbs more UV radiation.

Additionally, black women may be more likely to live in areas with limited access to sunlight, such as in urban environments or in areas with long, cold winters.

Dietary intake of vitamin D is another factor that contributes to vitamin D deficiency in black women. Few foods naturally contain vitamin D, and those that do, such as fatty fish and fortified dairy products, may not be commonly consumed in black communities. This can lead to inadequate dietary vitamin D intake, further exacerbating the risk of deficiency.

Thankfully, with the help of these gummies, you get the same vitamin D that our bodies produce from sunlight (D3). You get the daily recommended 2000IU without being under the sun for 5-6 hours a day.

Unlike Over-the-counter vitamin D, these have more nutrients per serving, and better absorption and digestion. Because they taste great, you’re more likely to be consistent.

Our vitamins are free of artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, dairy, and high fructose corn syrup.

Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune skin disorder characterized by the rapid buildup of skin cells. It causes cells to accumulate on the surface of the skin, leading to thick, red patches with silvery scales. This condition is not contagious and can vary in severity, from mild localized patches to more extensive coverage across the body.

Psoriasis can affect various parts of the body, including the elbows, knees, scalp, face, palms, and feet. It can also impact nails, causing changes in their appearance. The severity of psoriasis varies from person to person, and it can have a significant impact on a person’s quality of life due to its physical symptoms, such as itching, pain, and discomfort, as well as potential emotional and social challenges.

While there’s a clear connection between Vitamin D3 deficiency and psoriasis, it’s important to note that not all cases of psoriasis are directly caused by Vitamin D deficiency. Other genetic, environmental, and immunological factors also contribute to the development and progression of psoriasis. If you suspect you have psoriasis or a Vitamin D deficiency, it’s recommended to consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and management.
